Exchange Criteria

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be strictly met:

 

The exchange request must be initiated within 72 hours of product delivery. Exchanges initiated after this period will not be accepted.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original tags must be attached.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

 

Exchange Process

The exchange process can be initiated via the My Orders section of our website. or informing us on our official email hello@bukcha.com, you may also get in touch via WhatsApp on +91 70420 40069. Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our exchange criteria. If the product passes inspection, we will begin the exchange process, which may take up to 30 days.

We will only process exchanges once the returned item has been verified to meet the exchange criteria.

If the returned product does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.

 

Exchanges for Products of Equal or Higher Value

Exchanges are only available for products of equal or higher value. If you choose an item of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

 

No Exchanges or Returns on Customized Products

Please note that customized, altered, or tailored products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

 

Sole Discretion

Exchanges are accepted solely at our discretion, provided the request is initiated within 72 hours of product delivery and the product meets our exchange criteria. We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not comply with our terms.

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do provide exchanges for products of equal or higher value, subject to the terms outlined above.
